Dance is about grace, beauty, elegance, but it’s also about energy and about fitness. The best way to exercise is to do it without realizing it. The up-beat music, the sight of others dancing, and the energy in the room will make you want to pop, lock and drop it endlessly, without realizing the number of calories you’ve burnt. It’s very hard to focus on tiredness when you’re too busy having fun.

We conduct group fitness dance classes for all those out there looking to lose a few kilos, or just looking to keep fit. Our dance routines are carefully designed to incorporate both cardio and strength training. We have seen tons of clients walk out happy and energetic at the end of out fitness classes.

We’ve helped several clients watch their waistline, but our proudest moment has been when we helped a client lose 15 kilos over a year of dance sessions.
