Indian wedding accessories for groom

pagdi

Who says men can’t wear jewelry? Though not as flashy and showy as the bridal jewelry, the groom has a specific set of accessories that gets him the attention he deserves!

Brooch:
A brooch gives an irrevocable rich look to the person and highlights the beauty of the sherwani even more!

Neck Wear:
Neck wear differs across different traditions, but the elegance remains the same! Gold chains with/without stones, pearls and beads are a must for the perfect look.

Pagdi or Turban:
The color of your Turban must not be too bright or flashy, but it must give you a defined look. It should either be a contrasting color or a similar one.

Mojris
Mojris or Salim-shahis are just a few of the many types of footwear available. Get used to them before the wedding by trying them out earlier, so that you don’t have to feel uncomfortable on the main day.

Sword or Kirpan:
Though this is the tradition of only a few states in India, it makes the dress look well done-up. You can also carry a dagger on the side if you are wearing traditional dress.
